Great idea if you have dry or itchy scalp this Winter!!

Drinking chamomile tea is a favorite way to soothe the nerves, but rinsing it over your hair and scalp can soothe your head, too. If your scalp feels itchy or dry, a chamomile tea rinse may relieve the problem.

Brew a strong solution of tea. You can either use two to three tea bags, or two teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers. Steep in two cups of water just brought to boiling. Let it cool. Strain the mixture if you use fresh chamomile; otherwise, discard the tea bags. Apply the cool rinse to freshly shampooed and conditioned hair. Massage into your scalp, and then style as desired.
