Grey blending for easy grow out and low maintenance when going platinum isn't an option. Box dye isn't forgiving and can break off before going platinum. So this client we did color remover first to lighten. Her old color some so I could match her roots with a warm blonde demi that eventually just washes out so no line and easy maintenance. Some of my clients end up liking their demi coverage if they aren't ready to go full silver so now her grays blend right in with her old color allowing a more graceful grow out and keeping it low maintenance with the option to just let the demi fade back gray once her old box color grows out. Great example of the gray blending process🩶 She requested not to touch her natural color at the root. I think we did a great job blending her natural in one session, she knows she will need another session and toner as her hair starts to warm up again.
