I have several items I use daily, but the one thing I cannot live without especially on long holiday weekends is sunscreen!!! Please remember to apply frequently throughout the day. Applying sunscreen helps to avoid sun damage, which ages your skin and makes you susceptible to skin cancer. CeraVe is one of my favorite products!
