Here’s why I don’t do “deep tissue” and always hear “that’s the best massage I’ve ever had” …

I’ve always had a deep understanding and compassion for how people feel in their bodies.

Since I was little, I’ve been able to sense when someone wasn’t okay. I could often feel what someone was carrying emotionally, energetically, and even physically. I don’t just see a body. I see a whole person. A nervous system that may be tired. A heart that may be carrying grief. A mind that may be overwhelmed. A body that has been holding onto things for far longer than it was ever meant to.

As I grew older, I began to understand that this sensitivity was not something I needed to hide. It was something I could use to serve others. That natural sensitivity is a big part of what makes my massage work different.

In my sessions, I’m not just working on muscles. I’m tuning in to the language that your body is speaking. I’m paying attention to your breath, your energy, your nervous system, and the subtle ways your body communicates what it needs.

I hold space for you with compassion and full intention. Every body is different, and every person carries their own story.

My goal is always to create a space where your body feels safe enough to soften, your nervous system is re-introduced to its homeostasis, and you can begin the process of allowing your body to release and let go of all its holding on to.

This work is more than massage to me. It’s intentional touch. It’s connection. It’s an invitation to release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your body, and return home to yourself where you belong.

This one time I had a really bad day at work and so I created a vision board and hung it at my desk. I wanted to work for myself and help others feel safe enough to heal from their emotionally induced physical pain. I got a call that week from a friend asking me if I wanted to join her suite. Three months later I quit, went to Sedona on a solo trip and came back and started my own business.

It hasn’t always been easy, but I have certainly been blessed with some amazing loyal clients that help keep this dream alive.
