Inviting you to read my Manual Lymyphatic Drainage (MLD) article I posted on Medium.
I started practicing this along side massage and MAT this year and am really loving the results clients are experiencing.
Let me know what you think? Have you heard of MLD? What were your results?

Taking a break and wanted to share my room for the weekend.
I’m treating United Brachial Plexus Network (UBPN) camp attendees that are working with Brachial Plexus injuries this weekend. I will be treating 56 people in this great community and assisting them in gaining more use of their shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands.

It’s not how strong you can make your body that sets you up for success in the gym. You’re only as good as the sum of your parts and they all have to function together.
Muscle Activation Techniques prepares your body for what you ask of it by getting the brain and the muscles talking better for the best results and tolerating YOU without breaking down from your workouts.
How can you increase your gym readiness?
*Start slow and build as your body can handle the stresses, and increase the resistance slow.
*Pay attention to your form-it shows you what joint(s) are having a difficult time in stress.
Knees and ankles will affect you hip hinge more than you think.
See and feel what’s happening vs “what had happened was”
To me this is being more proactive than reactive to the forces that we are asking out structures to tolerate.
Don’t wait for a tweak before you address the creak.
