Exercise bikes rarely fail all at once. A loose pedal, a worn belt, or resistance that feels a little off usually shows up well before a bike goes out of service 🚲
Our preventative maintenance visits catch those small things early, so the bike stays in rotation instead of behind an out-of-order sign.
Member expectations shift, equipment wears down in ways you don't always notice.
A layout that worked a decade ago can start holding your space back.
A design refresh brings in new equipment, updated flooring, and a layout built around how members actually train today.
The sounds of a PM 🏋️♀️
Dust and dirt build up in spots most people never think to check ✔️
That buildup turns into bigger issues down the road if it's left alone, which is exactly what our preventative maintenance visits at Fairview Heights are built to catch.
A service now is what keeps equipment running and avoids a costly repair call later.
A gym doesn't have to be old to need attention 🏋️♀️
Even brand-new equipment can turn up small things like software updates before they become bigger issues, which is exactly why that first PM matters.
Only the necessities ✔️
EcoFit exists to bring a level of care and communication this industry had been missing.
That idea shaped how we built the company, from investing in our team to expanding what a fitness partner can actually offer.
Twelve years later, it's still the standard behind every project we take on.

A fitness center usually takes more than one provider to build and keep running. We handle all of it.

A look at some of our recent design work.
We're so grateful we've been able to partner with some amazing local businesses on their fitness spaces.
We bring the knowledge and experience to take your gym from concept to a fully functional space, from layout and design straight through to installation.
Residents rely on your fitness center to be ready when they are.
Regular preventative maintenance helps keep equipment running safely, reduces unexpected downtime, and creates a better experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Because working equipment shouldn’t be a bonus. It should be the standard.
