Calores are king.
That’s why calories - along with workouts - are the first priorities in Leaner For Life.
But eventually you’ll need to dial in several other areas.
Take a minute and watch this reel to see 4 areas you should start to pay attention to.

OPTAVIA stop it.
I have another client who lost almost 100 pounds on Optavia and has gained every single pound back.
if you want to eat super low calories and destroy your relationship with food, go ahead and do this program.
This is a snippet from an interview I did with my amazing client Erin.
As we chatted on Zoom with other clients, I thought, “Erin can teach these women things I can’t.”
And that’s what she did.
I have 2 other snippets I think you’ll find super valuable on mindset around food.
When Erin started coaching, she had a fat loss goal and wanted to build some momentum.
One challenge?
Many of the desserts she was eating were homemade recipes from her mom.
She had no idea how many calories were actually in them.
So instead of trying to estimate and hoping she was right, she made a temporary decision:
Take a break from them.
Not forever.
Just long enough to learn how to track accurately, understand portions, and build confidence in the process.
As you’ll hear in her own words, that decision made the rest of the journey much easier.
Then, as her skills improved, desserts gradually came back into her diet.
And the progress continued.
The goal was never to avoid dessert for life.
The goal was to develop the awareness and habits that would allow her to enjoy dessert while still moving toward her goals.
That’s exactly what happened.
59 pounds lost in 11 months.
Because she learned how to make decisions that matched the phase of the journey she was in.
That’s a lesson a lot more people could benefit from.
Everyone knows A LOT of people who changed their diet and lost a lot of weight without exercising.
Everyone also knows lots of people who exercise 6 to 7 days a week and don’t lose a single pound.
There’s your clue right there.
