How do you treat your home? Is it a sanctuary? A gathering place? Is it colorful and warm or is it neutral and cool?

Show me your home and I’ll read your soul.

A while back I did a house sit for some sweet little beasties. The moment I walked in I knew there hadn’t been a “clearing” in that place in a good long while. I could feel the heavy spirits looming and the owner’s unprocessed emotions hanging about like the spider webs in every corner.

Without judgement, I helped myself to a call of command: anything not there to serve and respect my presence in the space was to leave immediately.

Of course I had a pouch full of blessed aromatic sprays and plant allies to help seal the deal.

Shortly after, the space felt sparkling clean in the energetic sense and I felt at home with my friends in the light.

We truly underestimate how much the state of our dwelling has an effect on our wellbeing and how that reflects back to us in the state of our surroundings.

If you look at my home in these pictures you may see a wild, untamed, creative mind, which has been true in the past. In fact I have been decluttering and curating more than ever because a quiet mind needs a lot less stimuli around it to feel secure. I will always love color and the immense power of it to shift or set a vibe. It is healing in its own right.

There’s a big difference between a space full of nice stuff and one where life force actually runs through it.
No matter how ascetic I become as my conditioned ego dissolves, color, shape and natural inspiration will always accompany me wherever I hang my hat.

The world of form is here to be played with, experienced and channeled in beautiful ways. To bring that into your dwelling is to express love for life 💐

If you thought visualizing a bubble of white light around you would be the answer, that’s a “yes, and…”

Until you develop a truly devotional relationship with yourself, you will remain susceptible to energy feeding or vampirism.

We are so conditioned to believe everything we need to feel satisfied exists outside of us. To be truly clear and protected in your energy starts with a deep belief shift.

What it takes is choosing to meet yourself when the tendency is to abandon yourself. Choosing to feel what you feel instead of pushing it down. Resting when you need to. Laughing when you’re taking life too seriously. Holding yourself as you would your beloved.

When doing energy work, those of us who are people pleasers or givers risk getting swallowed by the energies of those we serve. If we don’t learn to see what belongs to them and what’s actually ours, those issues take root in our own bodies and minds. This is a surefire way to stay consistently drained.

To be in true service is to be the master of your own life force. We are all part of a cosmic web, but the illusion of separateness keeps us feeding on each other to get something that already exists within us.

So babe, if you can’t learn what actually belongs to you as a sovereign soul, no amount of white light clearings, breathwork, dancing, or shaking it off is going to save you from the hunger of other humans. Most don’t mean harm, but that doesn’t stop the exchange from happening.

When you notice this taking place, simply proclaim: NOT MINE. Simply realize: I AM WHOLE.

It is pure and simple. What it asks is only that you keep returning. As long as you do, you can’t get it wrong.

Loving and serving is not enmeshment. It is compassion. Compassion comes from a full to overflowing chalice of a body that is pampered and loved to spoils.

A heartfelt thanks to the group of amazing souls who came out for group Wednesday night!

We delved into parts and identities that have been shed. The soul’s desire for experience versus the human’s need for comfort and security. How to create cooperation between the two.

We explored the concept of breaking cosmic contracts and what makes them so hard to release. Is it that we’re subconsciously attached to them or do we even have the power to do so?

There were laughs. There was witnessing. There was compassionate support. There was alchemy for some that came with heaviness and left with calm.

Spent the weekend in a little magical sanctuary about 90 minutes south to restore my soul.

To take it slow and watch the plants grow.

To connect with kindred souls who devote their lives to serve mama Gaia, and all her creations.

We shared a Mother’s Day cacao journey in a sun dappled garden.

We spoke to the spirits of the land who blessed us in turn.

We communed with the bees who shared their 200-400hz vibrations through our bodies, calming our nerves and inspiring presence.

Nature is calling to me and I must soon go join her more permanently.

I’m always trusting that what is desired will be fulfilled, so long as the heart sends out the call 💓
