There are multiple ground floor units available, all wheelchair accessible. The larger one is approx 200 sq ft for $515/mo. Ask me about the smaller one. A small break room and two all-gender restrooms, gated parking, and all utilities included except WiFi.

Things have been slow and sweet lately. That is, when they aren’t moving at breakneck speed. There is so much change in this human’s life, and when it’s felt through a fragile nervous system, there’s almost no other option but to pause and simplify.

Always coming back to the roots that ground me. The wisdom of the trees and their steadiness. The soft whispers of the spirit of cacao in my morning cup. Time spent with precious animals for some regulation (and a little extra cash). What a joy it brings.

As I sit here listening to the birds in the burbs, I reflect on what I actually need for a kinder life. Mostly I’m seeing what it is not. It is not the pull of social media performance. It is not the weight of an endless to-do list. It is not thinking you have to do everything on your own. It is not managing other people’s lives on top of your own.

It is the freedom of being right here. Sitting with the worry and the fear while massaging your own shoulders and checking your grounding cord. Stepping away long enough to breathe and feel the channel of your soul switch back on.

As I said in my recent stories, I know in a past timeline I would have chosen to be a nun. Now I just need to learn how to live like one, without the religion, without disappearing into community, without sacrificing a loving partnership. Is this the future for us on the path home? I think so.

I’ll keep embracing each step with a heart that humbly remembers to sing out loud.

Deutschland, you’re always so very good to me: part 1

How do you treat your home? Is it a sanctuary? A gathering place? Is it colorful and warm or is it neutral and cool?

Show me your home and I’ll read your soul.

A while back I did a house sit for some sweet little beasties. The moment I walked in I knew there hadn’t been a “clearing” in that place in a good long while. I could feel the heavy spirits looming and the owner’s unprocessed emotions hanging about like the spider webs in every corner.

Without judgement, I helped myself to a call of command: anything not there to serve and respect my presence in the space was to leave immediately.

Of course I had a pouch full of blessed aromatic sprays and plant allies to help seal the deal.

Shortly after, the space felt sparkling clean in the energetic sense and I felt at home with my friends in the light.

We truly underestimate how much the state of our dwelling has an effect on our wellbeing and how that reflects back to us in the state of our surroundings.

If you look at my home in these pictures you may see a wild, untamed, creative mind, which has been true in the past. In fact I have been decluttering and curating more than ever because a quiet mind needs a lot less stimuli around it to feel secure. I will always love color and the immense power of it to shift or set a vibe. It is healing in its own right.

There’s a big difference between a space full of nice stuff and one where life force actually runs through it.
No matter how ascetic I become as my conditioned ego dissolves, color, shape and natural inspiration will always accompany me wherever I hang my hat.

The world of form is here to be played with, experienced and channeled in beautiful ways. To bring that into your dwelling is to express love for life 💐

Oh, and don’t forget…you can clear any space with confidence if you will it from the heart.
