A professional stylist for over 18 years, Dashe, who's name is becoming synonymous with healthy hair consultation, has earned the title of "Hairologist" (the study of the science of hair), uses hair as her canvas, bringing a distinctive, aesthetic and fresh approach to draw out each client's unique beauty. Specializing in natural hair, she is a product of the Virginia State Board Apprenticeship Program, but her shearing was refined at Paul Mitchell Hair Academy and her coloring at Redkin House of Color in Washington, D.C. She has taught "Transition into Business" at Empire in Richmond, Virginia, has given seminars on various hair topics, and trained seven stylists in hair care (three of whom now own salons). Her background in chemistry and biology enables her to know what ingredients work well together on different textures and types of hair to achieve the look desired while keeping hair healthy. A master of her craft, Dashe is always on top of the trends. It is her personal goal to continue to grow and excel in her craft and to ultimately share all that she learns as her contribution to the longevity of the hair and beauty industry.
