Carlina has been on her aesthetic journey with us since 2022. When she first started, she felt like so many clients do! She was curious, interested, but unsure where to begin. She knew she wanted to feel like the best version of herself.
Over the years, her treatment plan has included wrinkle relaxers, custom facials, regenerative medicine, and one of her personal favorites, GlacialSkin. She loves that her results feel like “she’s aging in reverse.”

Melanie has been a client of Thistle since 2020, and her journey serves as a reminder that investing in yourself is about feeling like the best version of you.
Through a custom treatment plan incorporating wrinkle relaxers, regenerative medicine, microneedling, monthly custom facials, and a consistent skincare routine, she’s embraced the power of consistency and caring for her skin over time.
As a mental health counselor, Melanie spends her days helping women build confidence and practice self-care. She openly shares her own aesthetic journey, refers friends and family, is a dedicated skincare club member, and was even a model for one of our educational events to help others learn more about regenerative treatments!

Wonder 4: The Artwork
One question we hear all the time is, “What is the meaning behind the artwork in each treatment room?”
The inspiration started after Aubry visited a local lounge with fun, unexpected artwork that had bold and playful personality. She knew she wanted that same kind of energy here at Thistle! To make the dream a reality, Aubry worked closely with an Italian artist blending traditional art, history, and playful pop art elements to design pieces that felt fun and modern.
🦪 Our Oyster Room is inspired by the phrase “the world is your oyster.” It represents possibility, growth, and the idea that beautiful things often come from pressure, patience, and grit. (No grit = no pearl) We love helping women feel confident enough to show up fully for their lives, believe in what’s possible, and recognize the beauty that’s been forming within them all along.
🥂 The Champagne Room, aka “you look like a million bucks” room is all about confidence. When you feel good in your own skin, you carry yourself differently. You feel powerful, capable, and like a force to be reckoned with. That’s the feeling we want our clients to always leave with!
💭 The Thinker room is inspired by Rodin’s famous sculpture paired with Aubry’s favorite song lyrics from the late 90s alternative girl band Luscious Jackson 🤘 “wearing nothing is divine, naked is a state of mind.” This represents shedding outside expectations, softening the pressure to be anything other than ourselves, and reflecting on our individuality.
🌸 Our “It’s Giving Venus Energy” room celebrates femininity, softness and the different ways women feel beautiful.
💡 The artwork in our marketing office is inspired by Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam, paired with the words “imagination meets creation.” This room represents creativity, where ideas and stories come to life, and our imagination turns into reality.
Each room was designed to create feelings of possibility, confidence, individuality, femininity, and joy. It serves as a reminder that investing in yourself can feel beautiful, empowering, and fun.

Wonder 3: The Design
When you think of a clinic or medical space, you may picture a space that’s gray, sterile, and impersonal. Thistle was designed to feel like the exact opposite!
From the arches to the warm wood elements, every detail was carefully curated to make the space feel beautiful and full of life. We wanted the experience to feel elevated from the moment you walk in, but still relaxed enough that you can take a breath and feel at ease. Each room has its own theme and personality, giving every corner of Thistle a sense of inspiration, wonder, and meaning.

Stefanie has been a long time client since the very beginning of Thistle, and it’s been an honor to care for her skin through every season of life.
Over the past 8 years, she’s committed to a personalized treatment plan that includes wrinkle relaxers, dermal filler, CO2 laser, Lumecca IPL, regenerative medicine, microneedling, facials, and a custom skincare routine. Her results are a beautiful reminder that healthy skin isn’t built overnight but through consistency and a strategized game plan.

We are incredibly honored to introduce our very first Thistle Ambassador... Brandy! 🎉
Brandy first visited Thistle in October 2025. Since then, she’s trusted us with a treatment plan that includes routine Dysport treatments, dermaplaning facials, and a personalized skincare routine. She’s also showed up and out for our Dysport Derby Day, wearing a handmade Derby hat and even making matching hats for our decorative shrimp 🦐 (IYKYK). She also joined us at the True Luxuries of Life event hosted by the lovely team at in Downtown Fredericksburg and continues to support us in so many different ways.

Natural looking results often come from treating the face as a whole. For this beauty, we focused on full face Dysport, dermal filler to the cheeks and lips, and a custom skincare routine to support balance, softness, and overall skin health.
Cheek filler was strategically injected to restore midface volume, creating the illusion of a subtle lift and a more heart shaped appearance. When this area is properly supported, the face can look more refreshed without one feature looking “done.” For the lips, we focused on hydration and definition so they looked fuller while still feeling natural to her features. Her at home routine includes AlphaRet Overnight Cream and Even Tone, and Eye Serum.
She still looks like herself, just more rested, balanced, and refreshed.
This fall season, we’re also planning Solaria CO2 resurfacing laser to continue improving skin quality, texture, and overall radiance!
