Equilibrium Body and Mind

There are conversations women don’t always have —
but should. 🤍
Trail Sisters Catskills, Mountain’s Bounty, and Momma Wonder are coming together to host a meaningful evening for women of all ages and stages of life.
🌿 Pelvic Floor Health Talk
with Emily Schmitt, PT, DPT
🗓 Saturday, March 7 | 4–5:30 PM
📍 Hosted in The Function at Catskills Junction, in Stamford NY.
This isn’t just about runners.
It’s about mothers,
daughters,
postpartum women,
postmenopausal women,
women navigating change,
women wanting to feel at home in their bodies again.
We’ll gently explore:
• Signs of tight vs. weak pelvic floor
• Breathing techniques to reconnect with your deep core
• Simple exercises and tools to restore strength and ease
No pressure.
No performance;
Just education, awareness, and community.
We believe healing conversations belong in beautiful, welcoming spaces and are honored to collaborate and open The Function for gatherings that support women in real, practical ways. This event is free. Come as you are.
Leave feeling informed, supported, and stronger from the inside out.
RSVP required through the QR code on the flyer or stop into The Shop Fri-Sun 11-4 to sign up.

Found beagle with engorged ticks.
Plus read whole post to see how you might be able to get some free of charge flea and tick meds if needed.
Do tick borne illnesses are no joke.

Sadly the studio in Stamford, NY (Western Catskills, Delaware County) lost it's wonderful Pilates teacher Tara Schoch Frederickson recently.

So, I'm looking for a certified teacher to join me at Equilibrium Body and Mind, teaching classes and privates (reformer, mat, springboard, etc....)

Please share this post with anyone you might think is interested?

Thank you!
