💧 Hydrate First: Start with Water + Electrolytes to replenish your dehydrated cells. Using sea salt or a hydration packet is a super easy way to get in electrolytes - Engineered Nutrition is my favorite!

🍳 Then Protein: I never touch caffeine without protein in my system (eggs, cottage cheese, collagen). Protein stabilizes your blood sugar, buffers the cortisol response, and keeps inflammation low.
