Every Artist in The Style Bar organization has undergone a rigorous training program that insures that every member of our design team knows how we do “it” here. “It” is the discipline, standardization and order in which every service is to be performed. Our expectation is that every member of the team will perform services in conformance with these standards. We recognize that the very nature of the art presupposes individual interpretation of “what” we do. This consistency of service is a big key in what makes us special – what makes us The Style Bar.
