SNOHOMISH COUNTY MOVES TO Phase 2
Cutting Loose would like to welcome all our clients back. We will be opening our doors for business Monday June 8th. Please be patient with us as we are doing our best to get all of our clients in. We will be booking off previous booked clients who were unable to make their appointments due to the mandate. We will not be taking any online bookings for the time being as we need to consult with each client for timing purposes. Also we will not be taking any walk-ins at this time. Please review the guide lines below to visit the process for your next appointment. Can’t wait to see you all !

Cutting Loose Salon Guidelines:

You will see some changes for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our clients and staff. Here is what you need to know:

*Your stylist will communicate with you before you appointment. They will give you their phone number. When you arrive for your appointment please call or text from your car to let us know that you have arrived. To ensure social distancing and minimize any waiting, we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in.

*Please reschedule if you are sick or have been exposed someone sick. Please do not come in if you have a fever, persistent cough, or any Covid symptoms.

*Only the person receiving the service and a caregiver if needed are able to come into the salon. No additional guests will be allowed to wait in the salon during your service.

*Please be patient with us as we will be taking extra time to be sanitizing between each client. We will do our best to keep on time with our scheduling.

*We are requiring all of our clients to wear a face mask or covering at all times in the salon. If you do not have one we have plenty on hand to purchase for $2.

*We will be havIng you read and sign some screening questions when you arrive.

*We will ask that you wash or sanitize your hands upon entry.

*You will see that we are no longer offering magazines since these items are difficult to clean and disinfect. We will still have coffee tea and water available but your stylist will have to deliver.

Due to the governors stay at home order extension Cutting Loose is mandated to stay closed. With the phase 4 system the governor is imposing we will be able to re-open in phase 2. It looks like this phase will not be addressed until sometime in June, likely mid June. With that being said we will be cancelling all bookings through May and the beginning of June. Temporarily there will be no more on-line booking available. When we get closer to opening dates we will be reaching out to our clients for re-booking. We will keep you updated as we get any information.
The last update we sent out we mentioned retail sales however due to high volume demand many orders were back ordered. If you are desperate for any products please reach out and we will do what we can to accommodate your request. We want you all to know we are thinking of you and can not wait to see you again!
