I run, stretch, strength train, at least 5x or more week, I definitely rest, definitely pray, read the Bible, get massages, therapy, supplements, unplug, eat well, repeat, it’s how I still am in the game (Lord willing) I’ve been at this for 26 plus years, God willing I can go til I’m 90. My advice? Take care of your body, take care of your mind, take care of your spirit! It’s the only one you’ll have. It costs nothing to move, nothing to pray! Invest in it! Cheers to almost “50” in Late November!
Love what I do! I do a lot of rebalancing work, structure work, stretching, deep tissue! I leave work always filled up because you move better!! :)♥️♥️
I love new businesses! I highly support & recommend them, what I don’t understand is why Star doesn’t make some of their empty lots parking spaces! Let’s do better! We have already given up our alleyway and now they are also taking all of our business parking! It’s super dangerous now to exit our business onto the street!!
A friendly helpful reminder to other massage therapists out there! Be aware to really pay attention to the level of care you can actually provide. Everyone learns, & sometimes saying “that’s out of my scope of practice “ or higher than my level of care I can give is actually a very wise thing to say. Get to know the community of resources and doctors/chiropractors or other leading experts that can help you navigate that client to the very best of care! You’re not an expert in everything. ;)
