🌿 NEW at Libby’s — Meet Janelle & Discover Bowen Therapy! 🌿

We’re excited to welcome Janelle Timmons, LMT, Certified Bowen Therapist to the Libby’s team and introduce our community to a different approach to therapeutic bodywork — Bowen Therapy (Bowenwork).

Bowenwork is a form of neuromuscular therapy that using precise rolling movements over muscles and soft tissues. Between movements, there are intentional pauses that give the body time to respond and integrate the signals it has received, encouraging the nervous system to shift out of “fight-or-flight” and allow muscles to relax and release.

✨ People seek Bowen Therapy for a variety of concerns and wellness goals, including but not limited to:

• Sciatic Pain
• Headaches
• Neuropathy
• Improving Mobility
• Anxiety
• Better Sleep
• Injury Recovery
• Muscle Tension
• Colic in babies
• Overall well-being

Because Bowenwork is a different approach to bodywork—working with the body and its nervous system rather than forcing change, it’s great for a wide range of conditions, for chronic and acute pain, to helping settle an overstimulated nervous system in autistic children.

Janelle brings this unique form of bodywork to Libby’s, giving our clients another way to pursue the same goal we’ve always believed in: personalized care with therapeutic results.

🌿 Curious about Bowen Therapy? Come experience just how powerful it can be.
