Summer is days away☀️

Many of us are getting our gardens ready and have done the 'spring cleaning' yardwork...🌸🍉🫑

Many injuires begin from.tightened muscles and lack of movement. We begin compensating using other muscles when another is sore to continue on with our days and not get slowed down.
