It’s been a number of years since I could do sets of pull-ups and I’m determined to get back to it! If you want to accomplish something that seems damn near impossible, you’ve simply gotta just start by trying. Break the seemingly big task down into smaller chunks. This counts for more than just pull-ups, push-ups, etc. This is also relevant when changing your diet, becoming consistent with soulcare, you name it.
