Just a Friendly Reminder
Your appointments are very important to Hair DeZigns Salon and Spa, and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services

Our online booking system sends out reminders 48 hours in advance. Please understand, that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, you will be billed $35 and it will be applied to your next appointment. If you can not respect our policies, then we can’t afford to do business with you. The Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, in order to better serve everyone. Hair DeZigns Salon and Spa’s policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future Clientele.
