It is indeed with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Jackie Assenza😢
Jackie is one of our original "Chrysalis moms" who has always believed in us and whose love and kindness continued to support us over the past 33 years💜
Especially in our thoughts are her daughter (and Chrysalis partner) Celeste as well as her granddaughter Alyssa (here with Jackie) who has been a special part of the Chrysalis family throughout her life.
Jackie will surely be missed by all who knew and loved her❣

Hello to my Chrysalis family of friends and clients!

Thank you for your patience and fortitude during these past few months. I only hope that all of you have remained safe and well as we attempt to move forward with our lives and rejoin with our loved ones.

I am finalizing plans to join a prestigious salon in the Dongan Hills area of Staten Island. I will be reaching out to everyone as soon as appointments are available (within the next week or two), but until then, I will be available for private appointments for both cuts and color.

To Our Chrysalis Family…

It has been 33 wonderful years since we first opened the door to our then new adventure, which we called Chrysalis. We were grateful not only to have found each other, but also for the many of you who would still be with us to this day.

Although it is hard to believe that the years have passed us by so quickly, we remain honored and privileged for playing such an important role in your lives throughout this time.

In these trying times, as many of us attempt to reevaluate our priorities and future, we have decided not to reopen Chrysalis when the pandemic (and its restrictions) come to an end. Truly, this was not an easy decision, but one we felt was right at this time

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones. We wish you health and happiness always!
