Semi-annual hair post to remind everyone I still do hair!

Social media has been a struggle for me for a while now and in January of this year, my resolution was to get back into it and then the world caught fire and suddenly posting hair photos felt wrong.

I'm still trying to grapple with the need to post more without feeling guilty, but here's me trying.

Plus who doesn't want to see this gorgeous head of pink hair? Also I'm learning how to tie in hair tinsel now, so look out world, she's making everyone twinkle.

First color of the year was this copper balayage and I'm obsessed!

I also got a new blow dryer and, y'all, when I say I'm in love, I MEAN it! I feel like it makes it SO much easier to get those good, bouncy af, blowouts! So bring me all of the layered cuts and let's play!

Community is going to be more important than ever this holiday season.

I'm going to be a bit vulnerable with y'all for a bit.

Growing up, there were many months that if we didn't get food stamps, I would have not been able to eat. My mom was a single mom of two kids and one is medically fragile who requires round the clock care. She couldn't work and we relied on SNAP.

Right now, the economy is rough and I would love to offer more of an incentive, but I simply can't afford at the moment. However, I can do this. I can use my platform to help rally us together! I can't sit by and simply do nothing, I've got to try to help in some way so this is it!

During the month of November if you bring in a food donation, you'll get your choice of either a dry scalp treatment or a deep conditioner for free! Dry scalp and dry ends can be a huge problem as it gets colder outside so why not fill some bellies AND get a good treatment?!

All food will be going to the statesboro food bank!

If you don't need a service and you have the means, please consider donating to your local food bank this holiday season. No one deserves to go hungry and those organizations are about to face a huge influx of people in need.

Moving date confirmed!!!

As of the 1st of December, I will be in suite 5 at Bloom! All appointments prior to that will still be at 67 styles.

So excited for everyone to see the new space!

So as some of you may know, the landlords of our building (67 Styles) have decided to sell it, so that means we will be moving soon!

One of my lovely coworkers has decided to open some salon suites and that's where most of us will be headed. I got to tour it today and let me say, I am so freaking excited! Maggie and I will be sharing a room, just like we do now, and we will get to decorate it and make it as fun and extra as we are! I'll try to do some decorating behind the scenes for you all so you can see our progress and the ins and outs of our suite life! (If anyone has some moody decor they're looking to get rid of, message me please!)

We aren't sure on an exact moving date just yet, but we are hoping for early to mid December! I'll definitely keep everyone updated as we know more! Be on the look out and make sure you're reading your reminder texts because as soon as we move, those will reflect that change as well!

Big changes are coming, but I'm genuinely so stoked and can't wait for you all to see the new place when it's ready!
