4 WEEK PROGRESSION: SUPRASPINATUS INJURY REHABILITATION (Rotator Cuff)
Restore Range of Motion, Build Strength, Stabilize Shoulder, Return to Daily Activities General Guidelines: Mild discomfort (0-3/10) is okay. Stop any exercise that increases sharp pain. Consistency is key!
