One thing I always want to keep honest: castor oil isn’t proven to magically grow your brows or lashes, but its fatty acids can help condition the hairs and keep them looking healthy. ✨

SKIN SCHOOL 🌱 | Let’s talk protein + acne-prone skin.
As an esthetician, I try and remind my clients that skincare is only one piece of the puzzle. I’ve been trying Sprout Living Epic Protein Chocolate Maca, a plant-based, dairy-free protein with 20g of protein per serving, real cacao, maca, seeds and prebiotic ingredients.
Why it caught my attention? Research suggests cow’s milk may be associated with increased breakouts in some people, although diet isn’t the only cause of acne and everyone’s triggers are different.
So while I wouldn’t call any protein powder an acne treatment, this is an acne-conscious alternative I personally like when choosing protein. 🌿

All of that information helps me customize your facial and make choices that are appropriate for your skin that day. 🤍
