Our staff will be closing today as we pay respects for the passing of a friend's father.
We will resume regular hours with our new hours next Tuesday at 9am.
A Small Change to Serve You Better
At Bell Haven Spa, our goal has always been simple: create a place where people can truly reset, recover, and breathe. As we have watched how our community uses the spa, one thing became clear. Many of you need recovery later in the day, not just early in the morning. To better support that, we are adjusting our walk-in hours.
Bell Haven Spa Walk-In Hours
Tuesday – Friday
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
These hours allow more people to stop in after work, after training, or when they finally have a moment to slow down. Appointments are still available outside of these hours for those who prefer early morning sessions or other scheduled times.
Recovery should fit into real life, not compete with it. Whether you come for the sauna, cold plunge, stretch therapy, bodywork, breathwork, or a quiet reset, Bell Haven Spa is here to support the process.
