Due to an increase in no call/no show appointments, I will be implementing deposits for all future booking. If you do not communicate with me about being late or not being able to come to your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable and will not transfer to any future appointments. Please do your best to reach out and let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be late (less than 15 minutes) otherwise we will have to reschedule rather than taking time out of the next clients appointment time. Failure to communicate will result in no future appointments.

The deposit is to ensure I am being paid for the time it takes to get the supplies ready for your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
