Set yourself and your day up for success, by strategically planning your day and executing your plans!
I’ve been challenging myself to set a goal or two a day and conquer it before 12pm, so if anything, I at least have my goals knocked out and any other accomplishments during the day are a plus👌🏾

I have to constantly remind myself to reach outside my comfort zone and level up! So this is a reminder to me🙌🏾 It’s never easy nor comfortable to dive outside your comfort zone. But I always have this thought, “Could where I’m going be better than where I am now (my comfort zone) or could I live another day, month, or year in my comfort zone ... and 9.5 times out of 10 the answer is no! I can’t continue to live in my comfort zone because I become stagnant in my progress. I start to accept what my new normal is and the fact that I can’t grow in a stale mindset or environment. Then you get consumed in negative thoughts and the spiral begins...the best way to beat that spiral is to constantly find new ways to challenge yourself, reach for higher goals, do/learn something new everyday, and push yourself to become better than you were yesterday, the day before or a week ago
Gentle Reminder: It’s okay to have a bad day or two, just don’t let it be a bad month, that turns into a bad year. Get up everyday, renewed with your goals and eyes on yours dreams💕☁️
