i’ve updated my cancellation and rescheduling policy, so please take a few minutes to read through it carefully.

i truly hate having to make policies like this, but as my schedule gets busier, i have to protect my time and make sure i can continue serving all of my amazing clients fairly.

as you can see, i’m holding myself accountable too! if i ever have to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice (which is rare), you’ll only be charged 50% of your service.

i also completely understand that life happens! kids get sick, emergencies come up, and unexpected things happen. this policy isn’t meant to punish anyone. it’s simply in place to help prevent repeated last minute cancellations and reschedules that leave appointment times unable to be filled. at the end of the day this is how i help provide for my family. 🩷
