Teeny tiny 🤏 correction done to this gals roots! It takes more work and skill to evenly lighten this much outgrowth to make it match perfectly with the rest of the hair. When you have over a half inch of outgrowth, the natural hair beyond that first half inch from the scalp lifts slower. If you don’t do this process correctly, it can create a beautiful blonde root and an orange band after that 1st half of an inch at the scalp. I also have to be careful to not overlap onto the existing blonde so I don’t cause breakage. I’m so grateful my clients trust me with their hair and that I’m able to bring their roots back to life! 🥰
