Almost 20 years behind the chair I am enforcing a cancellation policy effective immediately.

3 people miss out when you cancel/no show at your appointment:
1. The client who was scheduled to get their service done.
2. The stylist who booked their time away from their family.
3. The potential client who’s been waiting that could have been booked in the original time slot.

This is to respect my time & yours when booking scheduled appointments in advance. I appreciate your loyalty to my business.
