✨ Big News — We’ve always been doing this. Now we’re finally giving it a name.

If you’ve been on my table over the last 14 years, you already know my sessions were never “just massage.” Together, we’ve worked through chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and the places where the body holds onto survival mode.

That work has always been rooted in somatic healing.

As I continue evolving Hands of The Healer, I’m officially stepping into the title of:

Somatic & Integrative Therapist

What does that mean?

It means we go beyond temporarily fixing sore muscles. We work with the nervous system, the body, and the mind together — helping release tension, regulate stress, reconnect with themselves, and create lasting change from the inside out.

Every session remains personalized and may blend:
• therapeutic massage
• somatic integration
• breathwork
• nervous system support
• energy-based healing techniques

Your body already knows how to heal. Sometimes it just needs the right support, the right space, and the right approach.

Sometimes we get stuck in patterns or cycles and it can hurt to release them.

I created this mantra as a quick meditation for when those days feel unfair.

Too often nobody wants to cut ties or let someone go. But this is what is needed for all parties to heal. Instead of holding  on to the hurt or holding on to the resentment like a hot
coal, we need to love and let go.

Not about right or wrong. It's about love and peace for them and yourself.

🙏 I forgive you because I too make mistakes and just as I must also forgive myself.

🕊️I release you, because love is about freedom and not control. I release myself from the burden of the connection, the past, the hurt this caused for all.
