Gym Rat offers physical therapy and other concierge physical health services.
Our goal is to promote overall physical health and the concept of “healthspan” vs “lifespan”
This past weekend was filled with a decent performance (-8) and a lot of wellness!!! Gym Rat was a proud hole sponsor at the Watermark Brewing Co. charity golf scramble. 236 golfers showed up to support the CAC of Southwest Michigan and we had a great time doing it! Special thanks to the PT boys for coming out to this side of the state to round out the team. No trophy this year, but you better believe we’re taking it home next time!!

‼️New equipment alert‼️
Rehab should translate to real life.
This new all-surface sled lets us train the movements you need—walking with load, pushing, pulling, and building strength through functional patterns that carry over outside the clinic.
For patients coming back from knee, hip, ankle, or back injuries, it’s a controlled way to restore confidence, improve tolerance to load, and get back to daily activities without setbacks.
