The Recovery Den is open to ALL student-athletes — no matter your school, sport, team, or level.

Come recover after practices, games, tournaments, or a tough week of training.
We’re open until 7 PM during the week to make recovery easier to fit around practices and school — and weekends are available by appointment.
Individual sessions and packages are available so athletes can make recovery part of their routine throughout the season.
