Today we celebrate one of our favorite humans — the girl with the biggest smile, the biggest heart, and somehow the ability to know everything happening in the salon before the rest of us even realize it’s happening.

If you’ve spent any time at The Hair Tailor, you know Addie is that person. The one who somehow knows everyone’s schedule, remembers clients’ formulas that aren’t even hers, notices when someone needs help before they ask, and keeps us all running just a little smoother. (A little creepy? Maybe. Extremely helpful? Absolutely.)

Beyond her impressive “salon surveillance skills,” Addie is an incredible hairstylist, an amazing mom, and such a beautiful example of showing up for yourself and the people around you. She keeps Jenna accountable with those gym sessions, brings positivity wherever she goes, and proves that you can chase your goals while being a loving, present mom.

She’s talented, hardworking, thoughtful, and somehow manages to make being a grown-up look way cooler than the rest of us are pulling off.

It’s honestly kind of suspicious how quickly you became one of us... but we’ll allow it.

From day one, you jumped right in, worked your magic, laughed at our ridiculous conversations, matched our weird energy, and somehow made it all feel completely natural. It’s like you’ve been part of this beautifully chaotic little family forever.

You came to us at exactly the right time, and having you here has just felt... easy. The best kind of easy. Your smile is contagious, your talent speaks for itself, and your calm, positive energy somehow balances out the rest of our lovable chaos.
