There truly aren’t enough words for someone like her. Lydia has been the heart of The Hair Tailor for so long, and honestly, she’s the anchor point of our salon. She keeps our days running smoothly, makes everyone’s lives easier, and somehow does it all with the biggest smile and the kindest heart.
She’s the most devoted wife, sister, and friend, and one of the most beautiful people inside and out. And somehow… she’s even better as a person than she is gorgeous (which is saying a LOT 😉).

Lydia is the type of person who makes every coffee, latte, and drink with love, remembers all the little details, and makes every single person who walks through our doors feel cared for. She’s warm, calming, caring, and even sneaks in a quick little one-liner that’ll catch you off guard every time 😂 Our resident baby whisperer, we’re never surprised when every baby instantly loves Lydia 🤍

And if Lydia is gone for even a day, EVERY client notices. Truly every single one of us hears, “Where’s Lydia? We miss her!” because she leaves that kind of impact on people. She’s loved deeply by our team, our clients, and everyone lucky enough to know her.

You’ve built something so special here. Your clients adore you, people are constantly asking about you, and your presence (both in the salon and online) speaks for itself.

At first glance, some might expect one thing — polished, stylish, put together — but what makes you truly stand out is everything underneath that. A down-to-earth farm girl, an avid hunter, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and someone who carries a work ethic that’s rare to come by.

Carlee has been with The Hair Tailor since the very beginning, and she’s the kind of person every team hopes for — loyal, hardworking, and always showing up exactly as herself.

She loves her family deeply, she’s a meat and potatoes kinda gal, will absolutely never say no to sour cream, and has never once missed an opportunity to make an inappropriate joke (usually at the perfect time… sometimes at the worst time 😂).

She’s the kind of person you want in your corner — whether you need a great haircut, a home-cooked meal, or… let’s just say unwavering support no questions asked 😉

Carlee, you bring so much personality, humor, and heart into this place, and we are so lucky to do life and work alongside you.

You somehow always have exactly what we need (seriously… what is in that bag? Mary Poppins would be impressed 👜✨), and your preparedness never fails us. Whether it’s a quick fix, a last-minute save, or something totally out of the blue, you’ve got it covered every single time.

And beyond that, you have this amazing ability to be whatever someone needs — the “salon mom” on a hard day, full of love and support, but also fiercely protective of your team when it matters most. That balance is something really special 💖
