Dare to dream, dare to step out of your comfort zone. I’ve always wanted to teach and facilitate experiences. Yesterday, I put myself out there and taught my first class! A spirit guides class and sound journey meditation to receive guidance from your spirit guide. Shawnah Marie and I co-created at her masssge studio Stillwaters Healing. It was wonderful bringing together amazing women and providing a space for relaxation and growth. It was a success. I look forward to continuing to step up. How you start your day matters

Yes, I’m going to be real and raw here. The day started out simply amazing then in one second it all crumbled. Why, you ask? I gave my power away. I thought I had to defend my actions. Actions speak louder than words. You see when you get knocked down and get back up as the whole fire there will be people who are haters. The haters want to continue to knock you down, be little and scold you for the greatness you put out in the world. Get ready as the more you shine and be the light. The harder the haters hit.

Well, I am here to share I’m okay not knowing what’s next. I know whatever it is it will be amazing and this light inside me will shine brighter then it has.

Do you wake up early to set your day with intention or rush through the morning feeling behind? A wise young man years ago told me if you are not 15 minutes early you are late. Another man just recently said the same thing. It was a reminder that it matters as he said you never get a 2nd change to make a 1st impression.

Show up for you, the world is waiting for you to leave your sparkle wherever you go

This morning, I had a wakeup call at 4 am. it was amazing when I answered the phone it was a "Good Morning, Vietnam? Hey, this is not a test. This is rock and roll time" Hearing the excitement in the person on the other end of the phone brought a smile while I woke up.

Attract those who lift your spirit up. Attract those with pure & loving intentions. Attract those who genuinely want to see you flourish!!!
