Oil of oregano contains naturally occurring compounds that have been studied for their antimicrobial properties, which is one of the reasons it’s been valued for generations.

Just restocked my herbal cabinet 🌿
Soursop leaves, sarsaparilla root, guggul resin (myrrh gum), white oak bark, and shatavari root.
Each one has a purpose — detox support, hormone balance, lymphatic flow, gut + blood cleansing, and grounding the body back to its natural rhythm.
I’m learning to work with the body instead of against it.
