Mahi Mahi Tacos with Jicama Slaw… super easy, delicious and on the table in less than 30 minutes, these are an absolute explosion of flavour. They’re layered with fresh guacamole, juicy and flakey pieces of seasoned mahi mahi and an irresistibly crunchy, tangy and ever-so-sweet jicama slaw. Use whatever tortilla your heart desires - the @sietefoods cassava flour ones are amazing if you want grain-free and paleo! You can substitute any flakey white fish you like (cod, haddock, halibut, grouper, snapper) or even shrimp. If you like things spicy, try adding some finely chopped habanero or serrano chiles to the jicama slaw, or serve with hot sauce of choice .
