Hairdressers, who are beaten, battered, burnt out, and broke from being so over-booked that they don’t have time to eat or p*e are overworked underpaid hairdressers suffering from ‘The Price of Nice’. When the emotional suffering and financial pain of approval addiction become greater than denying & pretending that it doesn’t exist...then and only then do hairdressers become empowered with the courage to heal their addiction and charge what they’re worth.
