​If you love the invigorating feel of dry brushing, pairing it with organic castor oil takes your skin prep and body care to an entirely new level.
​Why the Combination Works

​Enhanced Exfoliation & Hydration: Dry brushing removes dead skin cells and sweeps away dry flakes, preparing a smooth canvas. Applying castor oil directly after allows its dense fatty acids (like ricinoleic acid) to pe*****te deeply, sealing in rich, long-lasting moisture.

​Circulation & Lymphatic Support: The sweeping motions of dry brushing help stimulate blood flow and support natural lymphatic drainage. Following up with a gentle castor oil massage warms the tissue, promoting deep relaxation and nourishment.

​Silky Smooth Skin: Castor oil is naturally thick and deeply conditioning. Combined with regular gentle exfoliation, it leaves your skin soft, supple, and glowing without needing heavy synthetic lotions.

​How to Do It Step-by-Step

​Brush First (Dry): On clean, completely dry skin before bathing, use a natural-bristle body brush. Start at your feet and use long, gentle upward strokes toward your heart.

​Rinse & Pat Dry: Take a quick warm shower to wash away exfoliated dead skin cells, then gently pat your skin dry with a towel.

​Apply the Castor Oil: Warm a small amount of cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil between your palms. Massage it into your skin using smooth, sweeping motions while your skin is still slightly damp. (Pro tip: A little goes a long way!)
