I never suffered from acne as a teen but when I was 26 my skin became unbearable. I was determined to fix my skin and with help from my best friend we started my trial and error stage of figuring out the cause of this sudden break out.

I was buying products from every other week and not really knowing what AHA’s, BHA, glycolic acid or any acids for that matter. I ended up chemically burning my skin and destroyed my skin barrier.

I stopped with all the harsh products and started using a gentle cleanser ( Posay), alcohol free toner, and a moisturizer that had in it to lock and absorb into my skin.

My skin barrier started to come back but I wasn’t willing try anymore topical solution so I started with my diet.

Just like my Dad, Ben had the flu too. So I preformed the same facial and technique on Ben! He was so pleased with how relaxed and refreshed he felt afterwards!
