The support for smaller businesses is crucial for the economy and more importantly for the families that give their hearts, souls, blood, sweat and tears for the establishments they have built. Is the convenience of a drive thru to buy ultra-processed food, worth it? Do you appreciate hard work, creativity, dedication and variety?
Is the impersonal and dry reception from a fast food restaurant more appealing? or would you rather have a warm reception from a dedicated person who is passionate about the food and experience because they have put all they have into it? These are questions asked by every small business owner in the country right now. No matter what your political views are what built this country is the hard work, dedication and commitment to a craft.
