At long last! We have finally gotten the go ahead to reopen! Right now, we are currently going over all the protocols and requirements to reopen, as well as giving the place a deep cleaning. Keep your eyes peeled as we will be reaching out to you all very shortly to finally get you all back on your regular hair appointment schedules- we cant wait to see you all again! 💕💕

To all of our amazing clients:
As I’m sure most of you have seen or heard, salons, hairstylists and barbers have been given the greenlight to offer some services outdoors by Gov. Gavin Newsom. However, Salon Republic has deemed it not feasible at this time for the professionals at their locations to offer any services outdoors. In an effort to keep the professional cosmetologists, barbers and estheticians as well as all of our clients safe from any unnecessary exposure to COVID-19, all locations within will remain closed until we are allowed to do all services indoors.
We appreciate your patience during this crazy time and apologize for any inconvenience this causes you. Please understand that it is all in an effort to keep you safe & healthy and get back to some semblance of normalcy as soon as safely possible. We can’t wait to see all of you again when it is safe to do so!

TO ALL OF OUR AMAZING CLIENTS:

First and foremost, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PATIENCE!
You may have heard that Los Angeles County has finally gotten the go ahead to reopen hair salons. We have not yet gotten a date for when we can reopen our studio- that info has to trickle down from state/city government, then to the property owner of the mall, then to the owner of Salon Republic, who will then contact us, so we can contact all of you!
We do ask for a bit more patience with our reopening as we will each be working only part time (working opposite each to abide by social distancing guidelines). Believe us, we will get you in as soon as humanly and as safely as possible!
Also, your appointment may be a bit different than what you are used to. Here are some of the guidelines we have been given so far:
•No clients will be allowed in without a face covering. If you don’t have one, we may be able to supply one for you.
•If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. We will work with you as much as possible to get you in, but it needs to be safe.
•We are only allowed to serve one client at a time- please do not bring anyone with you as they will be required to wait outside for the full duration of your appointment.
•When you arrive, please call or text us to let us know you have arrived & wait in your car until we let you know we are ready for you.
•We will meet you at the front door, where you will be screened, then escorted to our studio.
•We are not allowed to do any service that requires us to touch your face- this unfortunately means no beard trims, no beard color and no brow trims or color. (Try brown mascara for the time being!)
•We will be accepting contactless payment as well as cash & credit cards to make sure everyone feels safe. (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. are available)
•We cannot offer you coffee, tea, water or any snacks at this time so please plan accordingly & bring them with you if you want.
•If you only need products or gift certificates, let us know- we are happy to ship them to you or bring them down to you curbside!

All this being said, thank you for your loyalty and patience! We can’t wait to see you all again! ☺️
