We’re asking for your patience as we sort through the many messages regarding your salon needs. With a death in the family last week, and a stylist out for personal reasons this week, we’re working diligently to address appointments and questions.
Please be aware that during the busiest time of the year, this can be very difficult and time consuming.
We appreciate your business and your trust in us to give you the best salon experience possible, without compromising on the quality and integrity we’re known for.

‼️IMPORTANT‼️ In an effort to simplify and streamline booking at CHIC and to reduce the amount of personal text messages we receive for appointments; moving forward PLEASE make every effort to leave your appointment request/appointment change/question/cancelation on either our salon phone ( 774-304-1036 ) or through our website ( chicsalonsturbridge.com ) messaging system which goes directly to our email. Please allow 24 business hours (please note individual stylist hours vary) for a response. We do not and cannot check Facebook/Instagram/ our personal cellphone at all hours. While we understand exceptions arise, please understand we want to make sure we don’t inadvertently miss your messages. We appreciate your continued business and support !

Summer is in full swing now at the salon— and that means I’m fully booked up until the July 4th holiday. I always recommend pre booking your next appointments to ensure you get the times you need. Don’t forget — you can always call the salon for the availability of any of our stylist !! We can’t wait to get your hair summer beautiful ☀️

This Thanksgiving, we are especially grateful to be able to work together everyday doing what we love, and to share our hearts with you. We’re thankful to be able to help you feel like your most beautiful self every time you leave our chairs. As always, thank you for sharing your lives and love with us.
