I'd like to clarify my policies for your understanding.

I've had some questions regarding cancellations, so I'll outline the details. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less in advance, you'll be charged 50% of the service fee, which is half the cost of the hair service. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you'll be charged 100% of the service fee, which is the full amount due at your appointment. If you fail to show up without notice, you'll be charged 100% of the appointment cost. unless there is a good reason of course!

Additionally, a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be applied for late arrivals. If you're 30 minutes late without warning, it's considered a no-show, and you'll be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

For new clients, a rescheduling fee serves as a deposit for your first appointment, specifically for color or aesthetic services.

Appointments scheduled outside my business hours, Monday through Saturday, 8am-5pm, will incur an after-hours charge of $25.

These policies apply to all clients, new and existing, and are in place to maintain a professional and respectful experience for both myself and my clients.
