My name is Jeff Schuster and I am the owner of 5 Great Clips Hair Salons. They are located in Denville, Succasunna, Parsippany (Morris County) and Dumont and Fair Lawn (Bergen County). I am looking to hire hair stylists for my salons.
As you know we are all going through some crazy times with the Corona Virus. It has been difficult on all of us.

Safety is the #1 priority in my salons

I have have obtained just about every possible piece of Personal Protective Equipment reasonable besides a hazmat suit This is for your safety and our customers safety.

We have built structures between every station for your safety
Here is the current list

1)Fabric Masks for every stylist
2)Disposable Masks if needed by customers
3)Clear Face Shields for stylists if wanted or required
4)Eye goggles for stylists if wanted or required
5)Hand Sanitizer for every station
6)Wipes for every station
7)non contact digital thermometers for every salon
8)gloves if wanted or required
9)Sneeze guards at the front counter in between customers and stylists
10) Many Cans of Clippercide
11) Many Gallons of concentrated disinfectant.
12) Enough capes so every customer will get a clean one
13) Gloves in a Bottle Shielding lotion to protect your hands.
14) Disinfectant Sprays

I may have have forgotten some things when putting this list together but you get the idea.
In addition, customers are not allowed in our waiting rooms, if they have a fever they will be asked to come back at a later date, there will be no beard trims (so you will not be near someone's face), no hair washes and no blow dryers being used (so if someone does have the virus, it will not be blown around) Our hair washing sinks have been converted to hand washing sinks so you can wash your hands in between customers and not have to go all the way to the bathroom.

I am making your safety the priority. I understand that many or most of you are concerned about how our industry will be changing. If you are looking for a place to bring your professional skills to a place that will treat you like the professional you are and will put your safety first please reach out to me. I am looking to hire someone as a receptionist for my Great Clips Hair Salon in the Roxbury Mall (Ledgewood NJ). You would be responsible for checking customers in and helping out the stylists with cleaning, sweeping, disinfecting, etc. We are not yet allowed to open our salons yet but once we are legally allowed to we will open. We do not know what the safety requirement will be in NJ once we are allowed to reopen. I am not waiting to find out what the minimum requirements will be.
