Starz Express is the new concept salon designed to offer the middle market a place to go to for the high quality, luxury and frills of the high-end salons, but with an affordable price tag.
Starz Express (Sunday/Monday) will be closing as of September 9th, due to insufficient staffing. We would like to thank all of our wonderful clients who visited us for our Sunday & Monday experience.
