Today we’re celebrating Mia as she officially transitions from employee to independent stylist—now running her own business within Crown Hair Collaborative.

Mia is truly the embodiment of everything Crown was built for. She came to us having never worked behind the chair, committed herself fully to our 12-week training program, and stepped onto the floor with determination, heart, and trust in the process. From those very first clients to building a loyal, thriving clientele… she did the work every step of the way.

Watching her grow—not just as a stylist, but as a business owner—has been something really special. This is exactly the vision: support, education, real opportunity, and then the freedom to step into your own.
