Texas hair salons, barbershops, tanning salons can open Friday, May 8; gyms and more May 18 Less than a week into Phase One of Texas' reopening plan, Governor Greg Abbott has announced that cosmetology salons, hair salons, tanning salons, and barbershops could open Friday, May 8.
Image Salon Studios is now scheduled to re-open on May 18th. We are following Governor Abbott's GA-18 order to remain closed until at least Phase II of re-opening Texas.

Image Salon Studios and Image Salons 2 in Sugar Land will be temporarily closed on March 21, 2020, reopening on April 4th.
The Fort Bend County Judge has amended the recent local disaster for a public health emergency:
Effective 12:01a on March 21,2020 through April 3-
Gyms, fitness centers and other facilities that are used or intended to be used for any type of training, martial arts or sports shall close.
Hair and nail salons, spas, massage and tattoo parlors, movie theaters, game rooms and bingo halls shall close.
Access to Fort Bend County facilities shall be limited to the public.
