Our newest stylist ….

We wanted to take a moment to discuss our cancellation and no-show policies. As you may be aware, the salon industry nationwide has been experiencing challenges with last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments since the COVID-19 pandemic.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we must balance this with the need to manage our time and resources effectively. In order to maintain the high level of service you expect from us, we are implementing a new policy.

Effective immediately, we will be charging a fee for cancellations or no- shows made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time. We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to fill the slot, and late cancellations can result in significant lost time for our stylists. Please note- it takes 1 min to send the stylist a text to cancel.

To put this in perspective, a last-minute cancellation can block up to 3 hours of our stylists' time, which is equivalent to a significant portion of their workday. We're sure you can understand the importance of respecting our time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We love you our valued customers, however…this is a huge concern for all of us.
