If you have a job like mine that is super demanding and requires a lot of lifting and walking, try these out.

I love using cool Azul pain cream, peppermint on my muscles and at night when I get home or first thing in the morning when I wake up and feel like I can't walk, I used Epsom salts and panaway essential oil in a bath soak (I don't have the magnesium flakes) Works great!!!

I honestly don't know if I would have made it through last week without these things and more! I will share more later 😉

Y'all in the 5 + years that I've been using essential oils, this has NEVER happened. God thought he was being funny or we really need this. Either way..half of this bottle of divine release just went into my diffuser 😂❤️ Layla said it's both!! What do y'all think?
