Our 40+ acres is for sale! It’s a beautiful property! Cleared, natural spring fed, pond and option to have the bigger shared pond fixed or do what you want with it on your side. It’s your decision what happens to that. Partially fenced pastures, multiple options for home site, perc test in hand, electrical easement already in place and documented, and so many options! You would own the main easement also that’s an additional 2 acres. ❤️🌳🏡🚜 We are sad to sell, but our ultimate goal is to be near the coast so it doesn’t make sense to keep it and keep investing in it! This is about an hour 15 from Cane Bay. Central between Columbia and Charleston. An hour and 20 or so from Florence depending on where. Perfect for a venue. Perfect for a farm. Perfect for pumpkin patches, strawberries, Christmas trees. That was the long term plan! So many options. Open to developers as well. Prime land for a small community. Several are being added in that area just outside of Orangeburg. Or just peace and quiet and hunting property! We just want to focus our energy/money in other areas that work for us right now!

I’m currently in the process of selling and buying a new home. Due to that and having the studio packed up for listing and showings, services will be put on hold at the moment. I’ve had so many reaching out for tans recently and I’m super sorry to not be able to provide the service currently. I have several referrals for you as we love supporting our fellow glow girls!
